Southern Kings Construction Ltd. (SKC) is a family business that has been successful for a quarter century, based from its head office in Montague, which is in the eastern end of Prince Edward Island.

SKC has a vast experience range due to its dedicated owners and employees many of whom have been with the firm since its conception, and is now entering into second generation succession.

SKC has a vast array of successful projects throughout PEI from the publicly tendered arena of projects, but takes special pride in our library of Design/Build projects which have been created, designed and delivered by SKC.

SKC has an array of turnkey projects in private residential, commercial residential, light commercial, heavy commercial, institutional and industrial projects. The company also has considerable experience with Pre-engineered metal building.

SKC is a "Gold Seal Champion" firm employing Gold Seal project managers, estimators and site superintendents. Our team takes extreme pride in being publicly recognized for professional delivery of design, cost control and scheduling, all of which are very essential ingredients for a successful project.

SKC company bonding is through the ING Insurance Company of Canada with banking being handled by the Canadian Imperial Bank of Canada.

SKC is a company with active membership in the local Construction Association of PEI and the Canadian Construction Association.
