Installation of Hot water tank in the basement. Did not have entrance braided mat covered, part of the hall not covered and laundry room not covered at all. The room that the hot water heater was installed was a cement floor but was had mud on it from boots. I came home a put more towels and cardboard down which was too late. The cover they had on the stairs was obviously dirty on the back. When cover was lifted - dirt and mud was completely on the stairs. Complaint sent in to Reliance.
