Founded in 2004 BLDG was formed with the intention of developing the highest quality suburban office projects that incorporate innovative architecture, sustainability and ergonomics that appeal to companies looking for the best quality sustainable office products. BLDG provides turnkey development services for build to suit applications, along with facility management and building operations & optimization services for commercial building owners.



Our commitment to A class office development and green building operating principals has made BLDG unique in its expertise and portfolio of green building it owns and those it supports on behalf of other building owners. This group of facilities includes the only Level 4 BOMA Best building in Edmonton on one of 8 in western Canada. BLDG also has the distinction operating the Steppes Business Campus which boasts the lowest potable water consumption per unit area of office space of any building surveyed both BOMA Best (http://www.bomabest.com/) and REALpac (http://www.realpac.ca/).
