I've been in excavating for some 30 years. I forgot more than these guys ever knew about earthworks combined. What this company claims is simply not true. They are in fact committed to not communicating consistently. Not the other way around. The three R's they talk about would be a great idea for them. They claim to Respect, Repeat and Refer!!! Hmm I think not. I recently purchased a new home that Ayles landscaped for the developer. Now as we know in life we don't always get what we want. The Moncton Bylaw requires these company's to put down 6 inches of topsoil minimum!! Well they put down 0. Yes 0 in all the back and side yards. In the front there is a consistent inch of topsoil. Phone any landscaper and ask them how much is required to grow grass and they'd tell you 6. Whatever fell off the sod is what we got in most of our yard. That resulted in dead grass in the wet season.Just wait until it gets hot. Blake came out to see me initially and was supposed to get back to me and never did. After Ayles further ignored my calls and emails for quite some time I reached out to Landscaping New Brunswick. Thats when Brent Ayles came out and told me not to do anything else that they were coming to fix it. I also got an email to that effect and then they are never heard from again. Brent in his visit also had the audacity to claim they were the best. Well if anyone is interested in seeing what the best do your welcome to drop by my place anytime and judge for yourself.
