Upper Montney Developments Ltd. was formed with the express purpose of providing the City of Dawson Creek with the best rental apartment accommodation available. Our goal from the outset was to make Upper Montney Estates the most desirable apartment to live in by incorporating many features that you won�t find elsewhere. We wanted to put an in suite laundry room in every home, make the decks bigger than any other apartment and cover them from the rain and snow, finish the homes better than any other rental, make them quiet and design them with an open floor plan in mind. In short, we wanted to build a place that people would be proud to call home in a location that was second to none in Dawson Creek, and we believe we have achieved that aim.
