PCM Pomeroy Construction and Maintenance Ltd. (PCM) specializes in Building Building Envelope inspection, maintenance, repairs, and full-scale home and building remediation. Based in Burnaby, British Columbia, we service all areas throughout the lower mainland, including: Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Lions Bay, Burnaby, Surrey, and the Tri-Cities.
PCM was formed in 1991, but our family history dates back to 1964 when Cyril Pomeroy formed Pomeroy Engineering Ltd. Since then, the Pomeroy name has been involved in a wide scope of construction activities, completing numerous projects in the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. During the 1990's, PCM experienced rapid growth in the newly emerging market of "leaky condo" repair. PCM became a market leader in the remediation of multi-family building envelopes, completing numerous projects of all size, scope, and description.
Today, the majority of our work is comprised of building envelope repairs and maintenance. We have expended considerable effort to streamline operations and offer complete building envelope services to both home owners and businesses alike. In addition to this, PCM continues to provide development, general contracting, and renovation services to multiple industry sectors providing clients with the benefit of a well-rounded and experienced construction group.
