LEADER’s history began in 1992 in the great western Canadian city of Calgary Alberta. LEADER began by specializing in the area of new construction, commercial concrete structures and Construction management under the corporation name “Leader Contracting & Construction Inc.” (LCC). We started off with just a few guys, but together they combined more than 40+ years of experience in the industry.

As construction managers, we worked closely with our clients to create value and provide great service. We assisted in construct-ability, material selections, and mechanical and electrical systems. We did everything!

In the late 1990′s, Leader Service & Renovations (LSR) joined LCC to better serve the businesses and residents of Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise. LSR fulfilled a niche by providing commercial and residential renovation and service expertise in the Bow Valley when it was needed the most.

In 2006, Chris Beecroft joined the company as managing partner and under his direction, Leader Service & Renovation has been able to take on both large and small projects with particular attention to detail and quality. Leader at this time provided a wide range of expertise, craftsmanship and creativity to not only meet but to exceed the expectations of our customers.

In 2011, LSR continues to move forward,. Owned and operated by Chris and Jennifer Beecroft, Mike Bakgaard from Leader Construction Ltd. still plays a pivotal role as consultant and share holder in LSR.We look forward to continued service for our clients both new and existing, and anticipate great things in the years to come.
