We are a resident of a Century Place condo in downtown Belleville. The building is a total embarrassment! So bad we never invite anyone to visit. The construction inside the building has never been finished and we’ve been here over 3 years. Loose interior balcony rails on the 4th and 5th floors. Holes in roof, water leaks, unfinished walls in atrium. Garages dark and dingy. Very poor workmanship thru out the building.
