Gardon Construction has experienced workers both in office and on our job sites. We have a strong professional background covering construction of commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, institutional, and health facilities, envelope restoration, and design build – both high and low rise. We are able to mobilize our forces anywhere in Manitoba, as well as throughout Western Canada and The Territories.
Gardon Construction is a member of the Winnipeg Construction Association, and an associate member of the Canadian Construction Association. Through these associations, our work force is continually trained and educated on tried and true construction knowledge as well as new technologies.
We are a COR Certified Company and have a full time safety coordinator on staff, ensuring our site staff is properly trained on all safety procedures and continually inspecting sites to ensure the workers know and understand their obligations.
We have worked on several LEED® projects, including New Construction (NC) and Commercial Interiors (CI). We have implemented and overseen Erosion and Sedimentation Control programs and Waste Management programs on our projects. Our strategies have been so successful that we have been able to divert a remarkable 95% of our construction waste away from the landfill. As a result of our efforts, our achievement earned an innovation credit for one of our LEED® projects; a true testament to our Company's commitment to the environment.
