Boer Homes A Division Of Clarence BoerConstruction Ltd

In 1969 Clarence Boer registered his home building business under the name Clarence Boer Construction Limited. Clarence and his wife Gerdy operated this successful construction company until 1992. At that time, their son Henry assumed ownership and continued operation of the company with his wife Christine. Henry had previously worked for the company since 1982, during high school and upon completion of trade school where he received his carpentry license.

In 1995 Boer Homes was registered as a trade name operating as a Division of Clarence Boer Construction Limited and continues today to provide the excellent quality, craftsmanship and care in each of their custom homes. Boer Homes currently has a staff of four; along with Henry and Christine are Keith Boer and Ryan Boer. Truly a family business.

Boer Homes has been rated Excellent by HUDAC, the Ontario New Home Warranty Program, and now TARION, each and every year since initial start up nearly forty years ago. Boer Homes is currently proud to be building Energy Star and EnerGuide homes.

Henry is qualified under the new Building Code Act as a Design Builder.
