"I started out in my fathers construction business as soon as I could swing a hammer," explains Derek. "By the age of 21 I was managing the job sights."
From 1991 to 1996 Derek was the job site supervisor and manager of John Beachli Construction Ent. Ltd.
Derek started his own Construction Business in 1996.
