As per our company policy, we do not perform any specialized trade-work in-house and rely exclusively on the use of highly qualified specialized trade corporations. Hence, all drywall work is performed by experienced drywallers; all tiles are laid by experienced tilers; all millwork is produced by experienced millwork shops; and all plumbing/electrical/HVAC work are performed by experienced and licensed professionals. We adhere to this policy strictly, leading to 3 advantages:
